Hello, this is my first explanation. I hope everyone likes it. . . .
This is a very useful portable LED light with an adjustable arm that gets power from the battery so we can use it as an emergency light when the power is off.
More electronic knowledge is not needed to do this. . .
My instructions will be very simple. . .
Let\'s make this lamp now. . . . . come on. . . .
Now we will cut teak wood according to the size and length we need. I have mentioned all the details in the photo, just refer to it before cutting! ! !
Cut wood in three different parts for the base we need :-4 figures of 14.
Wood 5 cm long.
No. 10 cm, No. 11. 5cm,13. 5cm,12. 5cm.
What we need is Arm :-
Every one of 10 cm. 21cm,26cm,7cm.
The last bad luck :-2cm 2 no; s9cm -2 no\'s11cm -
2 No snow, we have wood of all sizes to make portable lampso, now we will make some holes on the arm and then drill some holes on the arm, to fit the holes on the screw\'s size base to fit the red led & for DC jackthen, square cut on the size of the switch and then fix the switch, there is a red led and DC Jack here and we will make the base of the led light, so just pick up the teak wood and arrange the woods as shown in the image. . .
Just fix the base with nails, but don\'t close the top of the base now, because we have to make a circuit connection, so now just fix the bottom and the side wall permanently with nails. .
One more thing we need to do here is cut the middle edge of the top of the bottom teak wood, as shown in the figure, which is a very simple step. . .
Here we will fix the arm settings with screws. . .
As shown in the figure, simply fix the arm to make doom the last part of the wood product. . .
This step is also a bit simple. . .
There are only two 11 here.
5 cm wood, 2 cm fixed on top, 9 cm wood. . .
Before fixing these with nails, just take a piece of 2 cm wood and fix it with the last arm, make a small hole on that 2 cm of teak wood to leave room for the wire circuit diagram of the 5 W ultra bright portable table lampIn. The circuit uses a diode to block the battery reverse current specification of the circuit 4.
7 ohm resistance consumption 56.
Color code for 87 mW & 4.
7 is yellow and purple gold, all resistors dissipate 568.
Together with 7 mW, the diode consumes 3850 mW and the total power consumed by the array is 4418.
The 7 mW array draws 1100 mA of the current from the power supply.
Therefore, from the above specifications, we may know that our lights will work for 2 hours in a row. First, take out the flat PVC sheet, make the LED array as shown in the figure, then weld it according to the circuit diagram and then connect the two wires to the positive and negative power supply. .
Positive power supply is provided at the resistor end, and negative power supply is provided (i. e black wire)
LED Yin extreme. . .
In general, the LED has two legs, one called anode and the other called cathode. . .
The anode is positive and has a long leg compared to the cathode. .
One thing you must remember here. . .
The LED connection is only at the end of the day, but all the LED connections are placed on the base except the LED, and now we can do the final arrangement and testing. .
For the final arrangement, simply turn the end off with a flat PVC board with LED lights and then similarly close the base shown in the image. . .
After testing the charging unit, by connecting the Nokia charger on the DC Jack, now the red LED will show you, after which the battery will charge and thus varnish all the parts. . . great job ! ! ! !
Now we have a lamp with unlimited functions. . . . . .
