IKEA officially released 2016 new products in Sweden on Tuesday, including wireless charging furniture.
Put the smartphone on the glowing blue dot embedded in the furniture and the phone will charge automatically without having to plug it into anything.
Cables are no longer messy
Ikea design manager Marcus Enman said Ikea\'s research shows that while home needs vary widely in different countries or cities, it is common to curb clutter.
\"This is a common phenomenon around the world.
People tend to have too many things.
\"The wireless furniture range includes bedside tables, desk lamps, floor lamps, and tables, as well as charging pods the size of coasters.
2016 Ikea products were sold in Canada in August.
The price of the product has not yet been confirmed, but will be consistent with the Ikea value pricing.
The company\'s second annual Design Conference was held at amhort headquarters and the first store was opened in 1958 by a young Swedish entrepreneur.
The company currently has 315 stores in 27 countries and 115,000 employees worldwide.
Jesper Brodin, Ikea Group\'s scope and supply manager, told hundreds of designers, Design writers and editors from around the world that \"we want to be more innovative than ever,\" two people fly togetherday conference.
Ikea is also tinkering with the idea of a smart kitchen counter that can recognize food placed on the surface and suggest recipes, although it\'s not something that\'s coming up in the Ikea store.
\"It\'s about daring to make a huge leap in thought,\" said chief designer Engman, pointing out that the automotive industry is an inspiring design example, it proposes the concept of cars that generate excitement without mass production.
\"This is out of curiosity.
\"If you are a curious person or company, you will always think of something new,\" Engman said . \".
The upcoming new products include tables and seats made of cork;
Seat made of paper, from silent Earth
Colorful pillow rest textile printed cloth full of bloodshot eyes and vivid dining room chandelier with giant blue betta fish, two designs of menswear designer Katie Eary, will be launched in March 2016.
Other designers working with Ikea include Walter Van belenke, who is known for the quirky world created in art and design.

As it tries to double its business by 2020, there are 2 design series close to 10 each year.
It is not no problem to introduce new products.
Earlier this year, IKEA introduced a new kitchen system, but encountered difficulties in inventory items.
The launch of SEKTION has proved very popular in Canada.
As a result, the demand for this product is far beyond what IKEA Canada expects.
IKEA Canada sells 200 kitchens a day.
